Doctoral Candidates

MolCal is looking for talented and motivated Doctoral Candidates (DCs) with the skills, knowledge and enthusiasm to help the network make significant research breakthroughs.

MolCal offers DCs the unique opportunity to boost their personal and career prospects by joining a cutting-edge interdisciplinary research and training programme.

DCs will be trained in a research excellence environment, both at the host institution and during the secondments. The consortium, with partners from 8 different countries, will naturally offer international networking.

We offer a fixed-term employment contract with competitive conditions and salary (check each position) adapted to the life cost in each host country, set by the MSCA Doctoral Network programme.

• Applicants of any nationality are welcome.
• Mobility Rule: applicants must not have resided or carried out their main activity (work, studies, etc.) in the country of the host organisation for more than 12 months in the 3 years immediately before the recruitment date.
• PhD status: At the time of appointment, applicants must not hold a doctoral degree or equivalent.

Additionally, applicants must fulfil the local requirements of the recruiting institutions listed in the positions’ descriptions below.
